For solo FBA sellers. Flat fee, no commission.

Keep 100% of your FBA reimbursements.

Amazon loses inventory, damages units, swallows returns and mis-measures your boxes. RefundLedger reconciles five Seller Central reports against each other, finds what was never paid back, and hands you the case text to file it.

$39 a month or $199 a year. No percentage of your recovery, ever.

15-25%

what a recovery agency keeps

On every claim, every month, for as long as you use them. On $20,000 recovered that is up to $5,000 gone.

$39

what RefundLedger costs

Flat, monthly, cancel whenever. The tenth claim costs the same as the first: nothing extra.

10 min

from sign-up to claim packet

Five exports, one upload, one PDF. No onboarding call, no account access, no contract.

Three steps, once a month

Reimbursement windows close after 60 days. A monthly scan is usually enough to catch everything while it is still claimable.

Step 1

Export five reports

The wizard shows you the exact menu path in Seller Central for each one, with the date range to pick. No API keys, no account access, nothing to install.

Step 2

Drop the files in

Your CSVs are read in your own browser and reconciled against each other. RefundLedger works out which report is which on its own.

Step 3

File the claims

Every discrepancy comes with a written case, the SKU, FNSKU, quantities, dates and the gap in dollars. Copy, paste into Seller Support, done.

Five checks, run against your own data

Each one cross-references at least two reports, so a discrepancy has to survive the evidence before it becomes a case. Units you already got paid for, found again, or asked to have removed are netted out first.

Lost inventory, never reimbursed

Amazon wrote these units off your ledger as lost or misplaced and no matching reimbursement ever landed.

Damaged in warehouse, never reimbursed

Units marked damaged inside an Amazon fulfilment centre with no reimbursement and no removal order.

Customer return never put back in inventory

Customers returned these units, Amazon graded them sellable, and they never went back into your available inventory.

Over-charged FBA weight / dimension fee

The fulfilment fee Amazon charged is higher than the fee implied by the dimensions and weight in your own inventory report.

Reimbursed below your documented cost

Amazon paid you less per unit than the landed cost you uploaded, so the reimbursement is short.

The hard part is writing the case. That part is done.

Every flagged discrepancy comes with a case written the way Seller Support expects it: the identifiers up front, the dates, the quantities, the reports the numbers came from, and one clear ask. Copy it, paste it, attach the CSV.

  • SKU, FNSKU and ASIN in every case
  • The exact ledger events and reason codes behind the claim
  • The reimbursement gap in dollars, against your real landed cost
  • The filing deadline, and a warning when it is close

Straight answers

Is this against Amazon policy?

No. RefundLedger never touches your Amazon account. You export your own reports the same way you would to open a case by hand, and you review and file every claim yourself. We deliberately do not use the Selling Partner API, and nothing here automates Seller Support.

How is this different from a recovery agency?

Agencies typically keep 15 to 25 percent of everything they recover, forever. RefundLedger is a flat subscription. Recover $200 or $20,000 in a month and the price is the same.

What if I have no discrepancies?

Then you get a clean report and you can cancel. That is a legitimate outcome and we would rather tell you than invent findings. The scanner also flags where your data is too thin to judge.

Do you store my reports?

The report files themselves are never uploaded. Parsing and reconciliation happen in your browser; only the resulting case list is saved to your account, and you can delete a scan at any time.

Will Amazon definitely pay?

No tool can promise that. RefundLedger finds gaps your own reports support and writes the case for you. Amazon still reviews each claim, and claims outside their filing window are marked as expired rather than dressed up as recoverable.

Your reports already know what you are owed.

Run one scan with the sample data and see the shape of it before you pay anything.
