RefundLedger is an independent tool built by Econo Tech. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. Amazon, FBA and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. RefundLedger reads reports you export yourself and prepares claim text for you to review and file; it never connects to your Amazon account, files cases on your behalf, or guarantees a reimbursement.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. Amazon sets its own reimbursement policy, claim windows and evidence requirements, and it can change them without notice. Always check the current policy in Seller Central before filing.

RefundLedger reads report files that you export from Seller Central yourself and reconciles them against each other. It does not connect to your Amazon account, it does not use the Selling Partner API, and it never logs in, opens cases or sends messages on your behalf.

You review every case before you file it. You decide what to submit. You stay in control of your account and your account health.

The dollar figures RefundLedger shows are estimates of what your own reports suggest you may be owed. They are not a promise of payment. Amazon reviews every claim on its own merits and may reject a claim, pay a different amount, or find that a discrepancy was already settled in a way your reports do not show.

Filing claims you cannot support can affect your account standing. RefundLedger deliberately excludes categories Amazon does not reimburse - customer-damaged units, defective stock, distributor damage - and nets out anything already paid, found again, or removed at your request. Even so, the judgment call before you hit send is yours.

The fulfilment fee check compares what you were charged against a published US FBA rate card stored in the app. Amazon updates that rate card at least once a year and applies seasonal surcharges on top of it. Fee cases are therefore flagged as worth verifying rather than as certainties, and the case text asks Seller Support to confirm against the current rate card.

Your report files are parsed in your own browser. The files themselves are never uploaded to our servers and we never see your full report data.

What is stored in your account: the discrepancy cases produced by a scan (SKU, FNSKU, ASIN, quantities, dates, amounts and the generated case text), the cost of goods figures you enter, your email address, and your subscription status.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles card details, invoicing and sales tax. Econo Tech never receives or stores your card information.

Authentication uses Supabase: you sign in with an email address and a password, which Supabase stores hashed. We never see it. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything.

You can delete any scan from inside the app, which deletes its cases with it. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email support@econo.tech and it will be done within 30 days.

RefundLedger is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Econo Tech is not liable for lost profits, rejected claims, account actions taken by Amazon, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tool. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Paddle under their buyer terms.

Do not use RefundLedger to file claims you know to be unsupported, or to submit data that is not yours. Accounts doing so will be closed.
